Geo Predicate SQL Tests

These tests cover the SQL geospatial predicate helpers used from Python.

Covered Behavior

1) geo.within and geo.intersects

Checks boolean semantics for inside/outside points, overlapping/disjoint polygons, and NULL propagation.

2) boundary and repeatability

Asserts that geo.within returns true for a point inside a polygon on two consecutive calls. For a point on the polygon's boundary it asserts only that the result is a boolean (true or false), not which one.

Runtime Guard

The wheel always ships the geo SQL functions; a missing one fails these tests.
